3. Responsibilities of Employers

As an employer, you agree to:

  • Ensure that the positions you are recruiting for comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, equal opportunity, and discrimination.
  • Only use the information provided by candidates for the purpose of evaluating their suitability for your open positions.
  • Not to use our services for any unlawful or unethical purposes.

4. Responsibilities of Candidates

As a candidate, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your qualifications, work history, and contact details.
  • Ensure that your application and any documents you submit are true and accurate.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your job search status, availability, or contact information.
  • Use our services for the purpose of seeking employment and not for any unlawful or unethical purposes.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both employers and candidates are required to respect the confidentiality of all information provided during the recruitment process. We handle personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and Payment

  • For Employers: Fees for recruitment services will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a separate agreement. These fees are payable upon successful placement of a candidate.
  • For Candidates: There are no charges for candidates to use our recruitment services. We do not charge job seekers any fees for finding or applying for jobs through our agency.

7. No Guarantee of Placement

While we strive to match candidates with the right job opportunities, we do not guarantee job placements. The decision to hire a candidate rests solely with the employer, and the decision to accept a job offer rests solely with the candidate.

8. Liability

  • Our Liability: We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or fraud on our part.
  • Employer and Candidate Liability: Both employers and candidates agree to hold ThirtyMins Limited (trading as ThirtyMins Agency) harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or any actions taken based on the information provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with ThirtyMins Limited (trading as ThirtyMins Agency), including our website, branding, and recruitment tools, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without our express permission.

10. Termination

Either party (employer or candidate) may terminate their use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
